I thought returning this would be simple based on the way they worded everything, but that was misleading. The process turned into a complete headache, and I’m still sitting here with no refund. Really disappointing experience.

The prices were mostly fair, and overall I felt like I got decent value for what I paid. It wasn’t the cheapest, though, and I kept thinking that a few things could’ve been a little lower. Not a terrible deal or anything, but yeah, I did find myself wishing the price was just a bit better here and there.

The box showed up crushed and barely taped shut, and the product was just rattling around loose inside. i’m annoyed because it’s not even clear who’s supposed to take responsibility here, the seller, the shipper, or whoever packed it. Either way, it arrived in bad shape and I’m not happy about it.

I ordered my normal size, because silly me, I assumed the size chart would actually mean something. It showed up way too small, and now I can’t even wear it. Super fun experience. it’s more hassle than it’s worth for me...

They have some really nice brand options to pick from. Like I said, the selection is solid, and it made it easy to find something I liked.

I was able to find a few things I needed, but some other items weren’t available. I get that stock can vary, of course, but it was still a little disappointing.

I had to follow up twice just to get a response, and by the time they finally got back to me, it had already thrown off my plans. The reply wasn’t even that helpful, so it was frustrating all around

This website is such a pain to use. The pages take forever to load, and just when I think I’ve figured out where something is, the menus make it confusing all over again. It feels like the goalposts keep moving every time I try to get anything done.

I ended up needing a refund because there was an issue with my order. At first I was annoyed—well, not annoyed exactly, more just unsure how long it was going to take. It did take a few days longer than I expected, but support got back to me and the money came through in the end. Not perfect, but fair enough. 4 stars.
